This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 21740-2008 "Specifications for the Construction of Basic Geographic Information Urban Database" and is consistent with GB/T 21740-2008.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) "Scalability" was added to "Construction Principles" (see Chapter 4);
b) Changed the relevant provisions of "Data Content". "Digital Surface Model Data" and "Place Name and Address Data" were added to "Basic Data"
"3D geographic information model data", "geographic entity data", etc.; "grid data" and "street view data" have been added to "extended data"
etc., changed the content provisions of "metadata" and "other data", deleted the "element data dictionary" (see 5.1, 4.4,.2008 edition
Chapter 5);
c) In “Data Quality Requirements”, the following sections are deleted. “Database Data Quality Fidelity Requirements”, “Database Data Quality Fidelity Measures”, and “Data Quality
"Quality control of image and grid data", "quality of representation" and "quality of attachments" were added.

d) The database construction process has been changed (see Chapter 6, 4.9 of the.2008 edition);
