1 Scope
This standard specifies the food of animal origin avermectin residues of drugs detected by immune affinity - liquid chromatography.
This standard applies to bovine liver and bovine muscle tissue samples avermectin, ivermectin, doramectin and Eprinomectin Residues

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.3 potassium dihydrogen phosphate.
4.4 potassium chloride.
4.5 Disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4 · 12H2O).
4.6 sodium chloride.
4.7 of acetic anhydride.
4.8 1-N- methylimidazole. content of ≥99%.
4.9 Eprinomectin standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.10 avermectin standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.11 doramectin standards. purity ≥94.3%.
Ivermectin 4.12 Standard. Purity ≥98%.
4.13 immunoaffinity column (IAC column). length 4cm, the inner diameter of 1cm, IAC gel volume of 1mL.
4.14 Organization dilution. 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer (pH7.4). Weigh potassium dihydrogen phosphate (4.3) 0.2g, potassium chloride (4.4)
0.2g, disodium hydrogen phosphate (4.5) 2.9g, Sodium Chloride (4.6) 8.8g, dissolved in water and diluted to 1L.
4.15 washing solution. A solution, B solution and C solution. A solution of 0.01mol/L phosphate buffer (4.14) + methanol (80 + 20, by volume);
Solution B was 20% methanol solution; the C solution of 50% methanol solution.
