Foreword
This revised standard adopts IEC 60720. 1981 "line post insulators Characteristics" (in English).
For ease of use, the IEC 60720. 1981 standard, the following editorial changes made.
a) Remove IEC 60720. 1981 foreword and preface;
b) use the "standard" instead of "this International Standard."

1 Scope
