3.1
Unit polysilicon water intake quantityofwaterintakeforunitpolysilicon
Each ton of polysilicon production requires the amount of water extracted from various conventional water sources.
4 Calculation method
4.1 General provisions
4.1.1 Water intake range
The water withdrawal range refers to the amount of water extracted by the enterprise from various conventional water sources, including surface water (measured by the water purification plant water supply), groundwater,
Provided by urban water supply projects, other water or water products (such as steam, hot water, geothermal water, etc.) purchased by the enterprise from the market, and provided by the enterprise's own power plant
The amount of steam and the amount of water lost by steam production.
4.1.2 Supply range of water withdrawal
Polysilicon production water supply range includes. main production (reduction, rectification, reduction tail gas recovery, cold hydrogenation, silicon powder preparation, silicon block
Washing, etc.), auxiliary production (circulating water, air separation and air pressure, refrigeration operation, waste gas treatment, waste water treatment, electrical, maintenance, inspection, etc.) and subsidiary
Production (restaurants, apartments, landscaping, toilets, bathrooms, etc.) does not include subsequent production of polycrystalline silicon ingots, slices, etc., and the company's own power plant to take water.
Note. If the company's own power plant provides steam for polysilicon production, the amount of steam provided and steam losses are included in the water supply.
4.1.3 Measurement of water withdrawal
The water withdrawal shall be measured by the enterprise's first-level meter.
