This standard replaces GB/T 15163-2004 "Filling (sha) forestry technical regulations. This standard is compared with GB/T 15163-2004

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Closed area
Forest land that is geographically continuous and implements enclosure measures.
3.3

During the period of closure, it is forbidden to block all human activities except for the implementation of the forestry measures.
3.5
Half seal half-closure
