This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

This document replaces GB/T 28952-2018 "China Forest Certification Chain of Custody".
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added terms and definitions such as "certified content", "ecologically important forest areas" and "trees outside forests" (see Chapter 3);
--- Deleted the terms and definitions such as "enterprise", "supplier" and "forest products" (see Chapter 3 of the.2018 edition);
--- Changed the definitions of terms such as "disputed source" and "certified raw materials" (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.2018 edition);
--- Added requirements for “non-conformities and corrective measures” in the management system (see 4.8);
--- Added requirements for "content of recycled raw materials" (see 5.4);

The production and marketing chain of custody certification standard is the basis for my country to carry out production and marketing chain of custody certification work.
In order to meet the needs of the development of forest certification in my country, we will further cooperate with the 2020 edition of the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFC).
The production and marketing chain of custody standard PEFCST2002.2020 "Forest Products Production and Marketing Chain of Custody Requirements" is coordinated to promote the production and marketing of forest products from sustainably managed forests.

1 Scope
This document sets out the requirements for implementing the chain of custody for forest products.
This document applies to conformity assessment for third-party sustainable forest products certification.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Certified content
The percentage of CFCC/PEFC certified raw materials in the certified product or product group.
3.2
claimperiod
The period of time during which a product group has a specific certified content.
Note. The declaration period also applies to individual products, job orders or batches of products.
3.3
Conflict Timber
Timber traded by armed groups at any point in the chain of custody.
Note 1.The armed group is defined as rebels or ordinary soldiers, or civilian administrative bodies or their representatives involved in an armed conflict, whether or not the purpose of the transaction is to perpetuate the conflict.
Or exploiting conflict for personal gain.
Note 2.Conflict timber is not necessarily illegal timber.
