This standard replaces GB/T 13035-2003 "live working with insulating rope."
The main difference compared with the standard GB/T 13035-2003 as follows.
--- Expand the scope of a close friend, a DC voltage level;
--- Modify the "breaking strength", "elongation" is defined in English;
--- The 'mechanical performance requirements "in the tension measurement requirements listed separately, an increase of Table 6;
--- Increase the basic requirements of "breaking strength and elongation test," the length of the specimen.
The Standard Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix C, Appendix D, Appendix E are normative appendices.

3 Definitions
GB/T 14286 and determined the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
