1 Scope
This standard specifies the live working with insulating block of requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking.
This standard applies to insulation block used in live working on high-voltage electrical equipment.

3 Requirements
3.1 overall technical requirements
a) parts and assemblies after drawing press pass before assembly;
b) After the pulley assembly in the shaft should be rotating flexible without jamming and grazing the rim phenomenon;

d) The cotter pin can not be bent outward, and removal of excess portion;

3.2 Electrical Performance
Various types of electrical insulation performance should tackle by AC frequency 30kV (rms) 1min pressure test. among them,
Insulated hook-type pulley should be able to exchange power frequency 44kV (rms) 1min pressure test. Test with no heat, no breakdown is qualified.
3.3 Mechanical properties
a) various types of insulation block should satisfy 5kN, 10kN, series rated load 15kN, 20kN requirements (amount here
