This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 11717-2009 "paper for papermaking". This standard is compared with GB/T 11717-2009, the main technical changes
as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, sampling methods, inspection methods, volume calculations and product marks of paper logs.
This standard applies to the production, circulation and supervision and inspection of paper logs.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 155 and GB/T 15787 apply to this document.
4 requirements
4.1 Tree species
All needles and broadleaf are suitable for tree species.
4.2 Dimensions and tolerances
4.2.1 Length gauge
1m~4m. It is upgraded from 0.2m to 2m, less than 2m to 0.1m, and long-term tolerance. 6-2cm.
4.2.2 gauge diameter
From 4cm or more. 4cm~13cm is upgraded by 1cm, when the size is less than 1cm, the foot is 0.5cm, and less than 0.5cm;
When the size is less than 2cm, the size is less than 2cm, and the foot is 1cm, and less than 1cm.
4.3 Limits of defects
4.3.1 Limit of defect tolerance
The allowable limits of defects shall be in accordance with Table 1.
