Food additive gum base and its ingredients
1 Scope
This standard applies to gum base and gum base.
2 terms and definitions
2.1 gum base (also known as gelatin base or gum base in the base material)

3 basic requirements

3.3 The quality specifications of the emulsifier and softener in the gum base shall comply with the corresponding provisions of Appendix F or the corresponding national standards for food safety
