Testing method
A.1 General Provisions
Unless otherwise specified in this standard, the use of analytical reagent purity should be more than the standard titration solution, standard solution for measuring impurities,
Preparations and products, should be GB/T 601, GB/T 602, the provisions of the preparation of GB/T 603, the test water should be consistent with GB/T 6682-2008 in three water
Provisions. Solution was used in the tests did not indicate what is formulated with solvent, it refers to an aqueous solution.
A.2 Determination of acid value
A.2.1 Reagents and materials
A.2.1.1 isopropanol.
A.2.1.2 toluene.
A.2.1.3 Potassium hydroxide standard titration solution. c (KOH) = 0.1 mol/L.
A.2.1.4 Phenolphthalein - isopropanol solution. Weigh 1 g phenolphthalein, dissolved in isopropanol and diluted with isopropyl alcohol to 100 mL.
A.2.2 Analysis step
A mixed solvent consisting of equal volume of isopropanol and toluene was prepared. The amount of a mixed solvent of 125 mL, was added 2 mL of phenolphthalein - isopropanol solution,
Standard titration with potassium hydroxide solution and to the solution was pale pink and held 30 s do not fade, a neutral solvent mixture. Weigh 10 g ~ 20 g sample
Thus, accurate to 0.000 1 g, was added a mixed solvent neutral so that the sample is completely dissolved, necessary, to add heat to obtain a sample solution. Marked with potassium hydroxide
Quasi titration titration solution, titration until the solution was pink and held 30 s shall not fade titration end.
A.2.3 Calculation Results
Acid value w1, potassium hydroxide (KOH) and its value in milligrams per gram (mg/g) according to formula (A.1) Calculated.
McVw 1 (A.1)
Where.
Volume V-- sample solution was titrated consumed potassium hydroxide standard titration solution, in milliliters (mL);
C-- actual concentration of potassium hydroxide standard titration solution, expressed in moles per liter (mol/L);
M-- molar mass of potassium hydroxide in grams per mole (g/mol) [M (KOH) = 56.1];
Quality m-- sample in grams (g).
A.3 Determination of saponification value
A.3.1 Reagents and materials
A.3.1.1 isopropanol.
A.3.1.2 toluene.
A.3.1.3 Potassium hydroxide - methanol solution. 0.1 mol/L.
A.3.1.4 hydrochloric acid standard titration solution. c (HCl) = 0.1 mol/L.
A.3.1.5 phenolphthalein indicator solution. 10 g/L.
A.3.2 Analysis step
Weigh the sample 2 g, accurate to 0.000 1 g, was added to a 250 mL Erlenmeyer flask, a mixed solution of 25 mL of toluene and isopropanol
(Toluene and isopropanol in a volume ratio of 2. 1), so that the sample is dissolved. Then, using a pipette 50.0 mL of methanol was added a solution of potassium hydroxide. The cold
Condenser connected to the Erlenmeyer flask, the sample was heated to reflux until complete saponification (it normally takes 30 min). Cooled to room temperature, the Erlenmeyer flask, 2 to 3
Drops of phenolphthalein indicator solution and then titrated with standard hydrochloric acid solution was titrated excess potassium hydroxide solution to red just disappeared, and record the consumption of hydrochloric acid
Volume of standard volumetric solutions. While doing the blank test.
A.3.3 Calculation Results
Saponification value w2, potassium hydroxide (KOH) and its value in milligrams per gram (mg/g) according to formula (A.2) Calculated.
McVVw SB2 - (A.2)
Where.
Hydrochloric acid standard volumetric titration VB-- blank titration solution consumed in milliliters (mL);
Hydrochloric acid standard volumetric titration VS-- titration solution consumed by the sample, in milliliters (mL);
The actual concentration c-- hydrochloric acid standard titration solution, expressed in moles per liter (mol/L);
M-- molar mass of potassium hydroxide in grams per mole (g/mol) [M (KOH) = 56.1];
