The National Standardization Administration issued
 ForewordThis document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB 28286-2012 "General Technical Requirements for Industrial Explosives" and GB 14493-2003 "Packaging of Industrial Explosives".
Compared with GB 28286-2012 and GB 14493-2003, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Added a chapter on "Terms and Definitions" (see Chapter 3);
--- Added the classification of industrial explosives according to their composition characteristics and physical state characteristics and the classification according to detonation sensitivity (see 4.1.1 and 4.1.2);
--- Added "basic requirements" to replace the mandatory provisions in the original document "requirements" that do not have performance index requirements or test methods
Content inclusion basic requirements (see Chapter 5);
--- Added the provisions on the toxic gas content after explosion of non-detonator-sensitive explosives for non-mine tunnels (see 6.2);
--- Deleted the provisions on the classification of industrial explosives and classification by applicable sites (see 3.1 and 3.2 of GB 28286-2012);
---Deleted the following items. explosive formula design should not contain substances that are detrimental to safety, harmful to health, pollute the environment, and substances that are prohibited by the state
Provisions on substances used (see 4.1.1 of GB 28286-2012);
--- Changed the detonation performance and corresponding indicators to "specified in the enterprise's technical documents" (see 5.3, 4.4 of GB 28286-2012);
--- Changed the relevant contents of factory inspection and type inspection (see 8.2, 8.3, 6.2 and 6.3 of GB 28286-2012);
--- Changed the content of "Marking (identification) and packaging" to replace the reference to GB 14493 (see 9.1, 9.2, 7.1,
7.2, GB 14493-2003).
