4 Safety requirements and/or safety measures
4.1 General Requirements
Sprinkler design, the danger is not covered in this section should follow the GB/T 15706.1 principles and GB/T 15706.2 requirements.
Subject to the provisions of this section, the irrigation system should be consistent with GB 10395.1 and GB 23821-2009 Table 1, Table 3, Table 4 or 6
Provisions.
4.2 Gun
No matter what the speed gun, gun running during the operation of the actuating mechanism must adjust the gun (such as adjusting the spray gun and turn angle
Speed), the control mechanism should be placed in the position of the platform off the ground or surface height of less than 1.80m.
Speed is greater than 1rad/s guns should be placed perpendicular (ground or platform surface and the lowest gun rotary member between the surface height from the ground or from the platform
From) is not less than 2m of position.
This requirement does not apply the following conditions.
--- Define the maximum deflection angle of the gun to 300 °, and the platform is located outside the deflection angle adjustment range;
--- Gun equipped with guards and safety distances comply with the GB 23821.
4.3 hose guide system
When the hose winding speed is greater than 0.4m/s, between the hose and guidance systems, guidance systems and rack squeezing or shearing point of entry and point
It should be set in line with fixed guards GB/T 8196 regulations, or formed in line with GB 23821-2009 for safe passage rack
distance.
When laying hose speed is greater than 0.4m/s, squeezing or shearing points entrance point between the guide system and the rack should be set in line with
Fixed guards GB/T 8196 regulations, or the formation of a safe distance in line with GB 23821-2009 prescribed by the rack.
Driveline inlet guide system should be set to fixed guards conform GB/T 8196 regulations.
4.4 winch
If the rotating hub rotating winch between the winch and rack extrusion forming or shearing points, these points should be squeezing or shearing protection.
The following example is to meet the requirements of the protection methods.
--- Having a safe distance in line with GB 23821-2009 in Table 3 and Table 4 provides guards;
--- A complete (no openings) is not convex side of the barrier structure comprising rotating hub between the shaft and the water hose pipe.
Speed transmission is equipped with a hose irrigation machine should be equipped with.
--- Shift means can be eliminated before the hose tension;
It enables the operator to shift apparatus --- under tension.
4.5 Stability
Any means required to ensure the stability of work shall constitute an integral part of the sprinkler. These devices should be consistent with GB 10395.1
Provisions.
Under the following conditions should be stable irrigation machine parked on a slope of the ramp 8.5 °.
--- Do not use assistive devices to ensure stability;
--- Hose filled with water, and air gun;
--- Winch frame around the vertical axis of rotation (if applicable);
--- Sprinkler axis in a horizontal position and in a vertical position with the ramp.
In addition to the allowed leakage point, and sprinkler use any functions related to the outlet should be more than 5m away from the sprinkler.
4.6 winch frame toward
If possible, both should be able to lock the winch frame in the working position and should be able to lock in the transport position.
When the hose is filled with water, the center of gravity moving parts should be within the range of 0.20m away from the shaft. If this requirement is not satisfied, it shall be located
Swept the region outside the continuous type operating device controls the rotation of the winch frame.
4.7 hydraulic lifting mechanism
When using a hydraulic lifting system, which should be equipped with anti-fall device to ensure that the hydraulic hose rupture rate of decline is not over
Over 0.1m/s.
4.8 attachment
It should be set to store special tools appropriate boxes on the sprinkler.
4.9 Transport
Or on the hose reel irrigation machines will be equipped with transport hose fixed to the sprinkler device.
5 Safety requirements determination and/or safety measures
By measuring the size of the provisions shall be judged; the control mechanism should function tests and by measuring the position determination; guards should be adopted
Function test determination.
6 Use Information
6.1 User's Guide
Owner's manual should provide detailed instructions and information sprinklers all maintenance, safe use. Instructions should be consistent
GB/T in 6.5 and 8.1 GB 10395.1-2009 provisions 15706.2-2007.
Instructions for use should be particularly highlighted the following points.
During a) operation to adjust the machine to be dangerous;
b) In the steep trail or poor working conditions, lack of stability due to be dangerous;
c) risk sprinkler or sprinkler overhead power lines and the contact;
Hose reel during d) the lack of stability will have to run the risk of using a jack or support wheels when necessary;

Requirements j) ejecting means placement location, the water away from the sprinkler outlet means at least 5m;
k) the risks associated with the hose tension, especially when there is interference with the winch.
6.2 mark
Signs should be consistent GB/T 6.4 in 8.2, 8.3 and GB 10395.1-2009 provisions 15706.2-2007.
All sprinklers shall include at least the following information to set clear and durable markings.
--- Manufacturer's name and address;
---Year of manufacture;
--- Product name or type of the model;
--- Serial number, if any;
--- Power input rated speed and direction of rotation of the connection device (indicated by arrows);
--- Not filled with water to the total mass;
--- Full of the total mass of water.
In addition, it should be set.
