Introduction
The structure of safety standards in the mechanical field is as follows.
a) Type A standards (safety basic standards), giving the basic concepts, design principles and general characteristics applicable to all machinery.
b) Type B standards (safety general standards), involving one (or more) safety features or one type (or more types) of machinery with a wide range of use
The safety protection device.
1) Class B1, specific safety features (such as safety distance, surface temperature and noise) standards;
2) Class B2, safety devices (such as two-hand control devices, interlocking devices, pressure sensitive devices, protective devices) standards.
c) Type C standards (mechanical safety standards), which involve detailed safety requirements for a specific machine or a group of machines.
This part belongs to the Type C standard specified by GB/T 15706.
This section gives the rotary disc mowers and drum mowers for the harvesting of suspended, semi-mounted, trailed and self-propelled forage
The dangerous events, dangerous state and degree of danger involved in grass mowers and horizontal-axis mulchers.
All agricultural machinery (self-propelled, suspended, semi-suspended and towed) common major dangers are in GB 10395.1-2009
Elaborate.
If the provisions of this Type C standard are different from those of the Type A or Type B standards, the design and manufacturing shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this Type C standard.
For machines, the implementation of the provisions of this C standard has priority over the A or B standard.
Safety of Agricultural and Forestry Machinery Part 25.Rotating Disc
Lawn mowers, drum mowers and mulchers
1 Scope
This part, together with GB 10395.1-2009, specifies the design and manufacture of suspended, semi-suspended, towed and self-propelled forage crops
Safety requirements and evaluation methods for rotary disc mowers and drum mowers for harvesting, as well as horizontal-shaft shredder mowers. description
It eliminates or reduces the danger caused by human improper operation and predictable misoperation during normal use or maintenance. this
In addition, it also specifies the type of safe operation information that the manufacturer needs to provide.
This section includes horizontal shaft mulchers that can be opened from the rear only for maintenance.
This section also applies to lawn mowers equipped with conditioning devices.
This section only applies to lawn mowers working on the ground, see the example given in Appendix A, A.1.
When the requirements of this part are different from those stated in GB 10395.1-2009, the design and manufacture according to the requirements of this part
For machines, the requirements of this section take precedence over the requirements in GB 10395.1-2009.
This part, together with GB 10395.1-2009, covers all aspects related to rotary mowers, drum mowers and mulchers.
If the machine is mis-operated during normal use [manufacturer can reasonably foresee (see Chapter 4)] cause a major hazard (see Table 1),
Dangerous states and dangerous events other than noise and vibration.
This section does not apply to the following machines (see the example given in A.2).
---In order to adapt to the mulcher type lawn mower that can be opened at the rear of the specific work site;
---Mowers with articulated arms;
---Mowers with one or more vertical axes designed for mulching;
---Electric lawn mower controlled by stepper motor;
---Lawn mower;
---Weeding machine between rows;
---Special machines for highway and road maintenance.
This section does not involve environmental hazards, road safety and hazards related to the moving parts of the power transmission. Does not involve entering into professional service personnel
Various hazards related to maintenance.
Note. This section does not involve specific requirements related to road traffic laws.
