1 Scope
This standard stipulates the ion chromatography-mass spectrometry (IC-mass spectrometry) of glyphosate in forensic scientific biological materials (blood, urine, liver, kidney, stomach and stomach contents, etc.)

4 Principle
Use blank samples and added samples as controls, and extract and purify biological samples according to the requirements of parallel operation.

5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagent
The experimental water shall comply with the first-grade water specified in GB/T 6682, and the reagents include.
a) Acetonitrile (chromatographically pure);
b) Standard solution.
1) 1.0mg/mL standard substance solution. after conversion according to the purity of glyphosate standard substance, weigh an appropriate amount and prepare with water
1.0mg/mL glyphosate standard substance solution, placed in the refrigerator for refrigerated storage, valid for 6 months, or using commercially available standards
Solution;
2) 10.0μg/mL standard working solution. Pipette 1.0mg/mL glyphosate standard substance solution 0.1mL and dilute with water to
10mL, mixed, sealed, placed in the refrigerator and stored in the refrigerator, valid for 3 months, the standard concentration of other concentrations used in the experiment
All solutions were obtained by diluting 10.0 μg/mL standard substance solution with water.
Note. In special cases, the control solution can be used instead of the standard solution.
