5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagent
The water used for the experiment shall comply with the primary water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis are all analytically pure.
Agents include.
a) Methanol (chromatographically pure);
b) Acetonitrile (chromatographically pure);
c) 0.1mol/L HCl solution. Pipette 8.3mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid and dilute to 1000mL with water;
d) 5mmol/L ammonium formate solution (pH 3.5). Weigh 0.315g ammonium formate, add water to dissolve and dilute to 1000mL, use formic acid
Adjust the pH to 3.5;
e) Ammonia;
f) Standard solution.
