1 Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography of erythromycin and roxithromycin in forensic scientific biological materials (blood, urine, liver, kidney, stomach and stomach contents, etc.)-

5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water shall comply with the first-grade water specified in GB/T 6682.The reagents used in the analysis are all chromatographically pure.The reagents include.
a) methanol;
b) acetonitrile;
c) formic acid;
d) ammonia water;
e) 0.1% formic acid in 5mmol/L ammonium formate aqueous solution. Weigh 0.315g of ammonium formate and dissolve with water, add 1mL of formic acid and dilute with water
To 1000mL;
f) 0.1mol/L phosphate buffer (pH value 8). Weigh 5.59g of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate and 0.41g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, and dilute with water to
1000mL;
