This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
From the date of implementation of this standard in place GA 318-2001 "planted balaclavas caps."
This standard compared with GA 318-2001, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Change the standard name; adds, "Yang Jianrong cloth cap", "Yang Jianrong leather hat" variety (see Chapter 3).
--- Revised fabrics and related accessories (see Table 2, 2001 edition of the Table 2);
--- Modify part of the process;
--- Increasing the material standard number (see Table 2);
--- Increasing the product content of the flag (see 4.7);
--- Increasing the physical and chemical property requirements and test methods (see 4.9,5.7);
--- Increasing safety requirements and test methods (see 4.10,5.8);
--- Tone changed carton size (see 7.1).
