Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces FZ/T 95009-1998 "Bake-dryer Dryer". The main technical changes compared with FZ/T 95009-1998 are as follows.
--- Modify the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1998 edition);
--- Modified classification and parameters (see Chapter 3, Chapter 3 of the.1998 edition);
--- Modify the requirements of stainless steel welding drying cylinder (see 4.1,.1998 version 4.1);
--- Modify the guide roller requirements (see 4.2,.1998 version 4.2);
--- Modify the requirements of rotary joints (see 4.3,.1998 version 4.3);
--- Modify the steam trap requirements (see 4.4,.1998 version 4.4);
--- Increased the deviation of the outer diameter of the general drying cylinder (see 4.5);
--- Increased the surface roughness of the general dryer cylinder (see 4.6);
--- Increased electrical system requirements (see 4.13);
--- Increased the requirements for the whole machine to take safety precautions and set warning signs (see 4.14);
--- Increased product coating requirements (see 4.15).
