3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Degree of deacetylation degreeofdeacetylation
The number of acetyl-removed sugar residues in the chitosan molecule is the percentage of the total number of sugar residues in the chitosan molecule.
4 Test Method A - Colloid titration
4.1 Principle
Chitosan fibers dissolve in dilute acid to form a positively charged polyelectrolyte. Use a negatively charged polyethylene sulfate potassium polyelectrolyte as a drop
The agent was used as a titration endpoint indicator with a positively charged blue organic dye toluidine blue. Polyelectrolytes with different charges are definite
Metering relations take place in electricity neutralization reactions. Determination of Chitosan Fibers by Measuring the Number of Charged Groups of Positively Charged Chitosan Polyelectrolytes
The acetyl group was defibered and the chitosan fiber was deacetylated without deacetylation. According to the deacetylated amino-glucose
The degree of deacetylation was calculated from the molar ratio of the number of glucose structural units to the total number of structural units (glucosamine and acetylglucosamine).
4.2 Reagents
4.2.1 The reagents used were of analytical grade.
4.2.2 laboratory water. three water, in line with GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.2.3 Acetic acid solution. Take 30mL glacial acetic acid reagent and dilute to 1000mL with tertiary water.
4.2.4 Toluidine blue indicator. Weigh 0.3 g of toluidine blue, dissolve it with water and dilute to 300 g. The solution concentration is 0.1%.
4.2.5 Polyethylene potassium sulphate titrant. The relative molecular mass of the chain of potassium polysulfate is 162.204 calculated as C2H3OSO3K and weighed.
0.422g, dissolved in water and diluted to 1L. The amount of this solution material was 0.0025 mol/L.
