1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings and packaging of polypropylene natural yarn products.
This standard applies to ring spinning polypropylene (cotton staple fiber) natural yarn.

3 Product classification and marking
3.1 Polypropylene natural yarn is classified by linear density.
3.2 The raw material code of polypropylene is PP.
3.3 When marking polypropylene natural yarn, the raw material code of the yarn should be indicated before the line density.
Example. The linear density of polypropylene natural yarn is 18.5tex, which should be written as. PP18.5tex.

4.1 Project
The technical requirements of polypropylene natural yarn include linear density deviation rate, linear density variation coefficient, single yarn breaking strength, single yarn breaking strength variation coefficient,

4.2 Classification requirements
4.2.1 Products of the same specification continuously produced by the same raw material and the same process shall be regarded as one or several inspection batches.
4.2.2 Product quality grades are divided into top-grade, first-class, and second-class products, and those that are lower than the second-class indicators are classified as out-of-class products.
4.2.3 The quality grade of polypropylene natural yarn product is based on the product specifications and the lowest item of the assessment items is rated.
4.3 Technical requirements
