1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, marking, requirements, test methods, inspection regulations of air-jet vortex spinning polyester-cotton blended unbleached yarn rules and signs, packaging. This document is applicable to polyester-cotton blended unbleached yarns with a polyester content of 50% and above produced by air-jet vortex spinning.

4 Product classification and marking

4.1 Air-jet vortex spinning polyester-cotton blended unbleached yarns are classified by different blending ratios and linear densities. 4.2 The production process and raw material code of air-jet vortex spinning polyester-cotton blended unblemished yarn are represented by English letters. the code name of air-jet vortex spinning is JV, Polyester is T, carded cotton is C, and combed cotton is JC. 4.3 The blending ratio of the product is expressed as a conventional mass ratio, specifically expressed as. polyester content/cotton content. 4.4 When marking the uncolored yarn of air-jet vortex spinning polyester-cotton blended yarn, the production process (or code) and raw material name of the yarn shall be marked before the linear density.
