1 General
1.0.1 In order to standardize the construction of abnormal concrete in hydropower and water conservancy projects and improve the quality of construction, this code is specially formulated.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to hydropower and water conservancy RCC projects.
1.0.3 New technologies, new processes, new materials, new equipment, etc., tested in engineering practice can be applied to abnormal concrete construction.
1.0.4 The construction of abnormal concrete shall not only comply with this code but also comply with the current national and industry standards.
2 Material
2.0.1 The raw materials used in the roller compacted concrete before adding grout shall meet the requirements of DL/T 5112.
2.0.2 The cement, admixtures, admixtures, mixing water and other raw materials used in abnormal concrete mortar should be consistent with the roller compacted concrete in the corresponding part.

4 Abnormal concrete construction
4.1 General rules
4.1.1 The construction of abnormal concrete should adopt centralized slurry making method, and the following methods can be used for construction on site.

4.2 Construction preparation
4.2.1 Before construction of abnormal concrete, site tests should be conducted to verify the adaptability of mix ratio, construction technology and site construction equipment, and determine the construction

4.3 Paving

4.4 Pulping
4.4.1 The production capacity and scale of the pulping station should be adapted to the construction intensity of abnormal concrete.
4.4.2 The mixing should be carried out according to the mortar ratio and the mortar concentration should be kept stable.
4.4.3 The pulping station shall have environmental protection facilities such as waste pulp, wastewater treatment and dust prevention.
4.4.4 Pulping must be planned, and the time from preparation to use up of mortar should not be longer than 4h.
4.4.5 The density of mortar shall be checked every 2h~4h at the pulping station.
4.5 Slurry
4.5.1 No precipitation and bleeding shall occur before the grouting of abnormal concrete mortar.
4.5.2 The material and diameter of the mortar conveying pipe shall meet the conveying requirements, and a vent valve shall be set at an appropriate position outside the warehouse surface.
4.5.3 At the end of grouting or stop grouting for a long time, the grouting pipe should be cleaned in time.
4.6 Adding pulp
4.6.1 The process parameters of abnormal concrete grouting shall be determined through experiments.
4.6.2 Special mechanical drilling pressure grouting, jacking grouting, cutting grouting or layered grouting can be used for abnormal concrete.
4.6.3 When using jacks to add slurry, add slurry evenly according to the technological parameters determined by the test.
4.6.4 When cutting grout is used, arrange the grooves evenly along the length of the deformed concrete area, add grout evenly in the grooves, and cover them in a timely manner.

4.7 Vibration

5 Quality inspection
5.1 Testing of raw materials and mortar
