1 General
1.0.1 In order to standardize the performance test of chemical grouting materials for hydropower and water conservancy projects, this regulation is formulated.

3 Basic regulations
3.0.1 The temperature of the standard test environment should be 23℃±2℃, and the relative humidity should be (50±10)%.
3.0.2 The test materials should be placed for no less than 24h under standard test environmental conditions.
3.0.3 The test water should be distilled water.
3.0.4 When preparing the chemical grouting material slurry to be tested, the ratio should be the ratio specified in the product manual;
When there are regulations or when the project has special requirements, the ratio specified by the design or the ratio of special requirements shall also be adopted.
3.0.5 The measuring instruments used in the test shall be calibrated or verified as required.
3.0.6 Sampling should be representative, and the number of samples for each test should be carried out in accordance with Appendix A.
3.0.7 During the test, the test personnel should wear work clothes, protective gloves, glasses, masks and other labor protection equipment.
3.0.8 Abandoned chemical grouting materials should be disposed of in accordance with relevant national regulations and shall not be dumped at will.
4 Slurry performance test
4.1 Viscosity
4.1.1 Test purpose and applicable materials.
1 Test purpose. To determine the viscosity of a single component or mixture of chemical grouting materials, and to characterize the phase of chemical grouting materials.

4.1.2 The equipment configuration should meet the following requirements.

4.1.3 The viscosity determination test should be carried out according to the following steps.
1 In a low-shaped beaker or sample container, prepare 500g slurry according to the sample ratio, and stir evenly;
2 Put the beaker or sample holder containing the sample in a constant temperature bath, and measure with a rotary viscometer within 5 minutes after the sample is prepared

3 Choose a suitable rotor, install the rotor on the rotary viscometer, adjust the height of the viscometer, so that the rotor is immersed in the test

4 Select the rotation speed of the rotary viscometer, and control the reading at 20%~90% of the maximum range; turn on the rotary viscometer and read

4.1.4 The processing of test results shall be carried out in accordance with the following regulations.

4.2 Density
4.2.1 Test purpose and applicable materials.

3 Slowly pour the sample into the weight cup, fill it up and close the lid tightly to keep the overflow opening open and wipe off the overflow;
4 Place the weight cup filled with the sample on the balance and weigh its mass m2;
5 The density test of the slurry should be completed within 5 minutes from the preparation of the sample;
6 After the determination, clean the weight cup with the corresponding volatile solvent;
7 Repeat steps 1~6 for 3 tests.
4.2.4 The processing of test results shall be carried out in accordance with the following regulations.
4.3 Operational time
4.3.1 Test purpose and applicable materials.
1 Test purpose. to determine the time elapsed when the viscosity of the chemical grouting material reaches a certain value, and to provide a basis for construction;
2 Applicable material. epoxy resin.
4.3.2 The equipment configuration shall meet the following requirements.
1 Rotary viscometer. measuring range 0.1 mPa·s ~1×105mPa·s, equipped with No. 0, No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, 4

4 When the viscosity reaches the specified value (the epoxy grouting material for concrete cracks is.200mPa·s; the epoxy grouting material for foundation treatment

4.3.4 The processing of test results shall be carried out in accordance with the following regulations.

3 Glass beaker. 250mL in capacity;
4 Glass rod. 5mm~6mm in diameter.
4.4.3 The gel time determination test should be carried out according to the following steps.
1 Prepare 100g of slurry in a glass beaker according to the sample ratio, stir evenly and start the timer at the same time;
2 During the gel time test of epoxy resin grouting material, the flow state of the slurry should adopt the method of tilting the beaker at different angles

2 Measure the water with a mass of m0 with a graduated cylinder, pour all into the beaker containing the sample, press the timer, and stir immediately for 10 seconds
