Technical regulation of rapid propagation of eucalyptus clones
1 Scope
This standard specifies the general principles for rapid propagation of seedlings in tropical and southern subtropical eucalyptus clones, including selection of parent trees and explants.
Principles of collection and processing, medium preparation, aseptic processing, tissue culture seedling transplantation, seedling management and emergence, and disposal of waste media.
This standard applies to the production of eucalyptus clonal seedlings in tissue culture plants, which are used for afforestation and establishment of saplings.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Explants or culture materials release phenolic substances and oxidize to produce terpenoids. Browning has an explant or culture material
Certain toxic effects.
3.2
The culture medium or the culture material grows with microorganisms such as fungi or bacteria.
3.3
For accurate and convenient weighing, the medium is dispensed into a solution or mixed solution of a certain concentration and ratio.
