1 Scope
This standard specifies the signal transmission line and single-wafer copper billet requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage
Storage, quality certificate and contract (or purchase order) content.
This standard applies to thermal-type continuous casting technology produced by the circular cross-section and single wafer made of copper billet copper single wafer.
