This standard specifies the requirements for copper sheet, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificates and contracts

This standard applies to the electronics industry with a sheet of copper.

3 Requirements
3.1 Categories
Depending on the particle size distribution of flake copper is grouped into five grades. PC-1, PC-2, PC-3, PC-4, PC-5.
3.2 Chemical composition
All grades chemical composition of the product shall comply with the requirements in Table 1.

3.3 Physical Specifications
Product particle size distribution, bulk density and particle size cap should be in accordance with Table 2.
