This Standard is applicable to the seamless copper and copper alloy round tubes (hereinafter referred to as tubes) used in the container of low and medium temperature heat pipe components for heat collection, heat transfer, and heat exchange. 2 Normative References The following documents are essential to the application of this document. For the benefit of use, some terms and definitions in GB/T 14811-2008 are listed repeatedly. 3.1 Heat pipe The evaporating, condensing, and heat transfer device that drives the circulating flow of the working fluid with the suction effect of the capillary structure. Smooth-wall coiled tube GB/T 26302-TU0 O50-φ6.00×0.50 Or smooth-wall coiled tube GB/T 26302-T10130 O50-φ6.00×0.50 Example 3: The inner-grooved straight tube is signed by TU2 (T10180) manufacture, supply state of light draw (H55), outer diameter 8.00mm, bottom wall thickness 0.30mm, height of tooth 0.20mm, width of groove bottom 0.25mm, addendum angle 5°, helix angle 0°, the number of grooves 70, length 3500mm as follows: Inner-grooved straight tube GB/T 26302-TU2 H55-8.00×0.30×0.20×0.25-5-0/70×3500 Or inner-grooved straight tube GB/T 26302-T10180 H55-8.00×0.30×0.20×0.25-5-0/70×3500 Example 4: The inner-grooved coiled tube is singed by TP1(C12000) manufacture, supply state of light annealing (O50), outer diameter 6.00mm, bottom wall thickness 0.25mm, height of tooth 0.20mm, width of groove bottom 0.16mm, addendum angle 5°, helix angle 2°, the number of grooves 50 as follows: Inner-grooved coiled tube GB/T 26302-TP1 O50-6.00×0.25×0.20×0.16-5-2/50 Or inner-grooved coiled tube GB/T 26302-C12000 O50-6.00×0.25×0.20×0.16-5-2/50 5 Technical Requirements 5.1 Chemical composition The chemical composition of the tube shall comply with the provisions of the corresponding designation specified in GB/T 5231. 5.2 Overall dimensions and allowable deviations 5.2.1 The dimensions of smooth-wall tubes and their allowable deviations The overall dimensions and allowable deviations of the smooth-wall tubes shall comply with the provisions of Tables 2 and 3. 6 Test Methods 6.1 Chemical composition The chemical composition analysis of the tube shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5121 (all parts) or YS/T 482, YS/T 483; and the arbitration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5121 (all parts). 6.2 Overall dimension and allowable deviation The measurement methods for overall dimension and its allowable deviation of the tube shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 26303.1. 6.3 Mechanical properties The tensile test of the tube is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 34505-2017; the tube with an outer diameter of no more than 30mm shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of full-section specimens; and the tube with an outer diameter of more than 30mm~50mm shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of S1 specimens specified in GB/T 34505-2017. The Vickers hardness test of the tube shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4340.1. 6.4 Process performance The flaring test of the tube shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 242. The flattening test of the tube shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 246. 6.5 Conductivity The conductivity test of the tube shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 351 or GB/T 32791; and the arbitration shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 351. 6.6 Grain size The grain size inspection of the tube shall be carried out in accordance with provisions of YS/T 347. 6.7 Hydrogen embrittlement test The hydrogen embrittlement test of oxygen-free copper tube is carried out in accordance with the closed bending method (6.2) in GB/T 23606-2009; and the arbitration is carried out in accordance with the repeated bending method (6.3) in GB/T 23606, and the number of bending is no less than 6 times. 6.8 Eddy current flaw detection The eddy current flaw detection method for tube with an outer diameter of no more than 3mm shall be carried out according to the provisions of YS/T 999; the eddy current flaw detection method for tube with an outer diameter of more than 3mm shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5248. 6.9 Residual oil The inspection of residual oil content on the inner surface of tubes in the O50 state and O60 state shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B in GB/T 17791-2017. 6.10 Surface quality The surface quality of the tube is inspected visually. 7 Inspection Rules 7.1 Inspection and acceptance 7.1.1 The tubes shall be inspected by the supplier’s technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality meets the requirements of this Standard and the contract (or purchase order); and fill in the quality certificate. 7.1.2 The purchaser shall inspect the received products in accordance with the provisions of this Standard. If the inspection result does not conform to the provisions of this Standard and the contract (or purchase order), it shall be submitted to the supplier in written form, and the supplier and the buyer shall resolve it through negotiation. Objections that belong to surface quality and dimensional deviations shall be raised within one month from the date of receipt of the product. Objections related to other properties shall be raised within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If arbitration is required, arbitration sampling shall be conducted jointly by both parties. 7.2 Batching The tubes shall be submitted for acceptance in batches. Each batch shall be composed of tubes with the same brand, state and specification. The weight of each batch of tubes with an outer diameter of no more than 3mm shall be no more than 500kg; and the weight of each batch of tubes with an outer diameter of more than 3mm shall be 8 Marking, Packaging, Transportation, Storage and Quality Certificate 8.1 Marking 8.1.1 Product marking The following markings shall be marked on the labels of qualified tubes: a) Inspection seal of the supplier's technical supervision department; b) Alloy designation; c) specification; d) Supply state; e) Lot number; f) production date; g) The number of defects (coiled tube); h) Net weight; i) Implementation standards; j) Others. 8.1.2 Packaging mark The packaging box mark of the tube shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 8888. 8.2 Packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate 8.2.1 The packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate of the tubes shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 8888. 8.2.2 When there are special requirements for the packaging method, it shall be determined through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. ......
