Foreword
GB/T 12796 "permanent ferrite magnets" is divided into the following sections.
--- Part 1. Generic specification;
--- Part 2. Micro-motor specification for permanent ferrite magnets.
This is Part 2 GB/T 12796 in.
Rules in this section in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This Part replaces GB/T 12797-1991 "micro-motor specification for permanent ferrite magnets."
This section compared with GB/T 12797-1991, the following changes.
--- Increasing the magnet surface roughness, geometric tolerances and appearance requirements and test methods, and in the identification of inspection and quality conformance inspection
Experiments increase the corresponding test items (see Chapter 4);
--- Increasing the temperature coefficient of the residual magnetic flux density αBr, methods of measurement in the temperature coefficient of intrinsic coercivity αHCJ (see 4.2.3);
--- Standard standard name and number have been adjusted;
--- Edit the format re-adjusted.
This part is proposed by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
This part of the National Magnetic components and ferrite materials Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC89) centralized.
This section drafted by. Yi Bin Jinchuan Electronics Co., Ltd.
The main drafters of this section. Liliang Jun, Wang, Xu Xiaoli, Huang Jialin, Pengshu Tang.
This part of the standard replaces the previous editions are.

Permanent ferrite magnets
Part 2. Micro-motor with permanent ferrite magnets
Specification
1 Scope
This section GB/T 12796 requirements of micro motor with permanent ferrite sintered magnet (hereinafter referred to as "magnet") to test the performance and
Beg. And select the test methods suitable for detailed specifications from GB/T 12796.1-2012 in.
This section applies to a variety of micro-motor with a ring, tile and other shaped magnet.

3 Classification and requirements
3.1 Classification
Magnets are classified according to the following provisions.
a) shape, such as a ring magnet, tile-shaped magnets;
b) size, for example. H85 × 45 × 10, CW52 × 44 × 29;
c) material category or level.
Typically, the detail specification shall be one shape, one category or grade magnets.
Note. Because no complete material category or level requirements, so each detail specification shall specify the materials used categories or levels.
3.2 Requirements
The detail specification shall prepared in accordance with this section and shall comply with the appropriate blank detail specification requirements.
The magnet structure, dimensions, surface roughness, magnetic materials and magnets and magnet mechanical and environmental resistance should be detailed
Fine predetermined specifications, and meet the following requirements.
a) are not magnet NOTE dimensional tolerances and geometric tolerances shall comply with SJ/T10742 of;
b) allowing the magnet leakage grinding, but the size of the magnet should be within their tolerance range;
c) Unless otherwise specified, the appearance of the magnet should be consistent with the provisions of a detailed specification, and meet the following requirements.
1) magnet cosmetic defects (loose debris, residue or attachment surface, off-chip, cracks and other defects) does not affect the meet
The minimum required magnetic performance micro-motor electric energy requirements;
