According to the "Notice of the National Energy Administration on Issuing the.2016 Energy Sector Standard System (Revision) Plan" (Guoneng Technology [2016]
No. 238) requirements were formulated.
During the preparation of this specification, in-depth investigations and studies were conducted, engineering practical experience was carefully summarized, and opinions from relevant parties were widely solicited.
The main content includes materials and equipment, construction, testing and monitoring, safety and environmental protection, quality inspection and acceptance.
The main technical content of this specification revision is.
--In order to make the code cover more comprehensive and the name more accurate, the code name was changed to "Code for Construction of Prestressed Anchorage of Hydropower and Water Conservancy Projects";
-Deleted the "Scope" chapter and some clauses in the "General Provisions" in the original specification;
- Added the term explanation of "prestressed anchor rod and anchor pier", revised the term explanation of "prestressed anchor cable", and deleted "prestressed steel

1 General
1.0.1 This code is formulated in order to standardize the construction of prestressed anchorage of hydropower and water conservancy projects and meet the requirements of engineering safety, quality and economy.
1.0.2 This code applies to hydropower and water conservancy projects.
1.0.3 The prestressed anchoring construction of hydropower and water conservancy projects shall not only comply with this code, but shall also comply with the provisions of relevant national standards.

3 Basic regulations

4 Materials and equipment
4.1 General rules
4.1.1 Prestressed anchor cables, anchor rod materials and anchor clamps, connectors, cement, steel bars and other construction main materials shall be checked and accepted according to the corresponding material standards

4.2 Anchor cable and bolt material

4.2.4 The mechanical performance test of steel strands shall meet the following requirements.
1 The inspection items should include tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, relaxation properties, elastic modulus, etc.
2 The inspection of relaxation performance and elastic modulus should be carried out by the manufacturer, and the inspection results are provided with the goods.
3 The other inspection items should be inspected by the construction unit according to Appendix A.

4.3 Anchor clamps, connectors
4.3.1 The mechanical properties and geometric dimensions of anchors, fixtures, and connectors should meet the design requirements. Products are required for anchorages, fixtures, and connectors.
The quality of the certificate and test inspection report shall comply with the relevant provisions of "Anchors, Fixtures and Connectors for Prestressed Tendons" GB/T 14370.
4.3.2 After the anchors, fixtures, and connectors pass the inspection and acceptance, they should be visually inspected before use.
4.3.3 The anchors, fixtures and connectors that enter the warehouse shall be inspected according to the following regulations.
1 Appearance inspection shall randomly select 10% from each batch of anchors, fixtures and connectors, and shall not be less than 10 sets. If there are less than 10 sets, all shall be inspected.
Check the appearance and structure of the anchor, and the matching size and surface inspection of the anchor and the tensioning machine. Only qualified ones can be put into use.
2 The hardness test shall randomly select 5% from the total amount of anchors, clamps, and connectors, and the anchor plates shall not be less than 5 pieces, and the clips shall not be less than 5 pairs.
Test according to the hardness range provided by the manufacturer, and only those who pass the test can be put into use. See Appendix C for the anchor hardness test requirements.
4.3.4 According to the needs of the project, the anchors used in large-scale prestressed anchoring projects shall be subjected to static load test of the prestressed steel strand-anchor assembly according to Appendix B

4.4 Protective materials
4.4.1 The specifications and quality of the casing used for borehole formation by buried pipe shall meet the design requirements.
4.4.2 Metal pipes should be used for the perforation of prestressed anchor cables (rods) of piers of isolated working gates; annular prestressed anchor cables or prestressed cables for hydraulic tunnels
High-density polyethylene corrugated pipes or metal spiral pipes should be used for concrete linings, aqueducts, bridges, pipe culverts and other cable passages.
4.4.3 The quality of the embedded bore casing shall meet the design requirements, and its geometric dimensions shall meet the following requirements.
1 The inner diameter of the casing should be 4mm and above the diameter of the anchor cable (rod) body.
2 When the casing is made of steel pipe, the wall thickness of the steel pipe should not be less than 3mm.
3 When the casing is made of a metal spiral tube, the wall thickness of the spiral tube should not be less than 0.3mm, and its radial deformation should not be greater than 15% of the inner diameter.
4 The casing adopts high-density polyethylene (HDPE) bellows whose wall thickness should not be less than 3mm, and the material should not be made of recycled materials.
4.4.4 Rock anchor high-density polyethylene corrugated pipe protective casing shall have chemical stability and durability, and shall be able to withstand external impact and friction during construction
damage.
4.4.5 For anchor cables (rods) that use anti-corrosion coatings for anti-corrosion, the chemical properties of the anti-corrosion coatings should comply with "Anti-corrosion coatings for steel structures in construction" JG/T 224

4.4.6 The anticorrosive grease used for unbonded prestressed tendons shall comply with the relevant regulations of JG/T 430 in "Anticorrosive Grease for Unbonded Prestressed Tendons".
4.5 Grouting material
4.5.1 The cement used for grouting materials shall meet the following requirements.
1 Portland cement or ordinary Portland cement should be used for grouting, and its quality should meet the requirements of "General Portland Cement" GB 175.

2 When the groundwater is corrosive, special cement should be used. When the design has special requirements, it shall be implemented according to its requirements.
