WARNING. Some reagents used in this test method is corrosive, be careful operation, avoid contact with skin or inhalation of its vapor
As splashed on the skin should immediately wash with water, severe cases should be treated immediately.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the food contact materials cork Pb, Cd, Cr, As the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) Determination
method.
This standard applies to food contact materials cork Pb, Cd, Cr, As the determination of the corresponding detection limits were. Pb, 24.0μg/kg;
Cd, 0.6μg/kg; Cr, 35.0μg/kg; As, 1.0μg/kg.
2 Normative references
The following documents for the application of this document is essential. For dated references, only the dated version suitable for use herein
Member. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies to this document.
GB/T 602 chemical reagents, standard solutions prepared with the determination of impurities
GB/T 6379 Test Methods and Results Accuracy (trueness and precision) - Part 2. Determine the standard measurement repeatability
And basic methods of reproduction
Laboratory use specifications and test methods GB/T 6682 Analysis
Principle 3
The samples were crushed using nitric acid digestion, the resulting solution was diluted with water directly after inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-
MS) method for the determination, to which the mass to charge lead, arsenic, chromium, cadmium determination of element concentrations than the strength of its quantitative relationship.
4 Reagents and materials
This standard reagents and water in the absence of other specified requirements, refer to pure class distinctions or through sub-boiling distilled chemicals and
GB/T 6682 specified in a water. Minor amounts of other reagents (amount not to exceed 1mL) can be used analytically pure.
4.1 concentrated nitric acid. ρ = 1.42g/mL, 65% (mass fraction).
4.2 nitric acid solution (298).
4.3 Standard solution. lead, cadmium, chromium, arsenic standard solution prepared according to GB/T 602 method, or direct use of the elements of a standard certificate
Solution. Lead, cadmium, chromium concentration of arsenic standard solution are 1.000g/L.
4.4 purity argon gas. purity of greater than 99.999%.
