SN/T 1318 Health Supervision Regulations for Storage Sites at Frontier Ports3 requirements3.1 The sanitation permit for the storage site at the entry and exit port shall be implemented by the inspection and quarantine agency.
3.2 The licensing procedure is published in the office and published on the official website of the inspection and quarantine agency.4 procedures4.1 Application and acceptance
4.1.1 Application
The business units and individuals at the entry and exit port storage sites shall submit a written application to the port inspection and quarantine institution.
If the sanitation permit changes the environment, facilities and business items of the storage site during the period of validity, and changes the legal person, it shall submit it to the port inspection and quarantine institution.

Applicants applying for a sanitation permit at a port storage site shall truthfully submit relevant information to the port inspection and quarantine institution and apply for the information
Responsible for authenticity and assume corresponding legal responsibilities. The port inspection and quarantine institution shall not require the applicant to submit the port storage site with which the application is made.

4.1.2 Accepting agency
The port inspection and quarantine agency accepts the application for health permit at the port storage site.
Note. The receiving institution shall establish a “process card” for port health and quarantine administrative licensing work, detailing the licensing work process, signed and returned by the applicant and the accepting personnel.

4.1.3 The receiving agency reviews the following application materials
The application materials provided by the applicant shall include.
--- Application for Health Permit for Storage Areas at Entry and Exit Ports (see Appendix A, application in triplicate);
--- A copy of the original copy of the Business License of Enterprise Legal Person (after completion) or the Notice of Approval of Enterprise Name;
---Health management system (health cleaning system, cargo stacking health system, medical media biological control system);
---Media bio-synergy situation;
---Environmental conditions of the storage site (vegetation, landforms, buildings);
--- Storage floor plan;
---List of personnel of health management organizations;
--- Description of the relevant health facilities configuration.
