Foreword
This standard replaces JG 11-1999 "steel grid welding ball node".
The main changes compared to JG 11-1999 are as follows.
--- increase the scope of application of welded hollow ball node products;
--- Increases the ultimate bearing capacity of the pull-in welded hollow ball (see 5.2.3);
--- increased the diameter of 500mm ~ 900mm welding hollow ball series (see 4.2);
- increased requirements for steel plate thickness equal to or greater than 40 mm (see 5.3.2);
--- increase the bending and welding hollow ball test diagram (see Figure 6);
--- Added inspection rules (see Chapter 7);
- increased acceptance (see Chapter 8);
- modified normative reference documents (see Chapter 2);
--- modified ribbed welding hollow ball icon (see Figure 3);
--- modified the welding hollow ball product mark, specifications series and tensile compression ultimate bearing capacity (see Table 1, Table 2, Table 3, Table 4);
--- modified the geometric dimensions of the weld hollow ball to allow deviation (see Table 5).
