Foreword
To implement the "People's Republic of China Environmental Protection Law", prevent environmental pollution and improve environmental quality, pollution source identification and realization of representation

1 Scope
This standard specifies the national pollution encoding rules.
This standard applies to the national environmental pollution in the management of information processing and information exchange.

Sources encoded object endowed environmental protection administrative authority responsible for the registration and management of all entities of environmental pollution, especially on the environment

4 Encoding Rules
4.1 Coding Structure
Pollution source code is the combination code. A code is used to identify sources of environmental pollution entity, no other meaning. Endowed should insist on CD

4.1.3 Organization Code
