1 Scope

This part of GB/T 5226 specifies the technical requirements for the safety and acceptance of machine tool electrical equipment and systems (referred to as "electrical equipment"). This section applies to machine tool electrical equipment and systems. Note 1. The electrical equipment and systems of machine tools referred to in this section generally include electrical equipment and systems such as metal cutting machine tools, woodworking machine tools, and forging machine tools. Examples of machine tools are given below, but not limited to the examples given. a) Lathes (including. hand-operated lathes without CNC systems or with limited function CNC systems, CNC machine tools, CNC lathes and turning centers, single Or multi-spindle automatic lathe); b) Milling machine (including. boring machine); c) machining center; d) Planer; e) Drilling machine; f) grinder; g) Gear processing machine; h) Laser processing machine tools; i) Electric machine tool (not including discharge circuit part); j) Cold metal sawing machine; k) Shearing machine; l) Hydraulic bending machine; m) Hydraulic and pneumatic press machines; n) Circuits that use electrical energy directly as tools should not be within the scope of this part. Note 2. The electrical equipment referred to in this section includes machine tool electrical equipment, electronic equipment and programmable electronic equipment, and the system includes electrical control system and digital control Control system (CNC system). Note 3. The electrical equipment and systems described in this section start from where the electrical power of the machine tool electrical equipment is introduced. Note 4.
