3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Recycled fiber
Fiber made from waste paper through processes such as disintegration, purification, screening, washing, and thermal dispersion.
Note. Also called secondary fiber.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Raw material requirements
4.1.1 The source of waste paper and chemicals used as recycled fiber raw materials for the production of toilet paper and hand towels should be strictly controlled and should not be mixed with toxic materials.
Hazardous substances, safety evaluation and management should meet the requirements of GB/T 36420.
4.1.2 The quality and technical requirements of waste paper should meet the requirements of GB/T 20811, and the waste paper in Table 1 should not be used to produce toilet paper and hand towels.
