1 Scope
This standard specifies the identification of stamps and the process of stamp identification.
This standard applies to stamps, postage envelopes, postage postcards issued by postal enterprises issued by or successively approved by the government of the PRC.
Identification of postage certificates such as postage stamps and postage credit cards.
