Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 17935-2007 "Screw Lamp Holder". Compared with GB/T 17935-2007, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes, In addition, the main technical changes are as follows. ---Added "enclosed reinforced insulated lamp holder, partially reinforced insulated lamp holder, rated voltage, working voltage, rated current, critical frequency, Trigger voltage, trigger pulse voltage, rated trigger voltage, maximum operating voltage, maximum operating peak output voltage, equivalent conversion peak “value voltage” terms and definitions (see Chapter 3); ---Deleted the provisions of "and 750V" in "Standard rated voltages are 250V, 500V and 750V" (see 5.1 of the.2007 edition); ---Changed the "classification" (see Chapter 7, Chapter 6 of the.2007 edition); ---Added the classification of "partially reinforced insulated lamp holders" and "enclosed reinforced insulated lamp holders" (see 7.5); --- Added the requirement that "the lamp holder should be marked with the following mark (except E5 and E10 lamp holders)" (see 8.1); ---Changed the requirements for insulation resistance and electrical strength between various parts of the lamp holder (see 15.4, 14.4 of the.2007 edition); ---Changed the requirements for "creepage distance and clearance" (see Chapter 18, Chapter 17 of the.2007 edition); ---Deleted "If in doubt, first measure the depth of the indentation, and then use the formula ϕ = 2P (5-P) to calculate the diameter of the indentation, P is the indentation depth. ” (see 20.1 of the.2007 edition); ---Deleted "The requirements for surface treatment in Chapter 3 of GB/T 4207-2003 are not adopted." (See 20.4 of the.2007 edition). This document is equivalent to IEC 60238.2020 "Screw Lamp Holder". This document has made the following minimal editorial changes. ---Correct Chapter 8 mentioned in 13.1 to Chapter 9, and the chapter number mentioned in IEC 60238.2020 is wrong (see 13.1); --- Merge IEC 60238.2020 Table 13a) and Table 13b) into Table 13 of this document to comply with the standard writing rules; ---Additional mention of Appendix C (see Chapter 1) and Appendix D (see 18.1); ---Correct "155" in Figure 8b) to "155±1", which is derived from IEC 60068-2-75 and is omitted from IEC 60238.2020 "±1"; ---Correct "20" in Figure 16 to "20±0.2". This figure is derived from IEC 60529.IEC 60238.2020 omits "±0.2". Please note that some content in this document may be subject to patents. 1 Scope

This document applies to E14, E27 and E40 Edison screw lamp holders for use with lamps and semi-luminaires 1) power connections only. 1) The technical requirements for lamp holders for semi-luminaires are still under study. This document also applies to switch-type lampholders used only in AC circuits with operating voltages not exceeding 250V (effective value). This document also applies to E5 screw lamp holders for indoor use with a working voltage not exceeding 25V and connected in series, and with a working voltage not exceeding 60V connected in series. E10 screw lamp holders for indoor and outdoor use, as well as flush-mounted E10 lamp holders that are individually connected to the power supply. These lampholders are not intended for retail. To the extent that this document is appropriately adopted, this document also applies to non-Edison screw lampholders connected in series with a power source. Note. For example, this type of lamp holder is used in Christmas tree light strings. To the extent that this document is appropriately adopted, this document also applies to adapters. This document also applies to those lampholders that are fully or partially integrated with the luminaire, as well as those that are intended to be installed within the equipment. This document only covers lampholder requirements. For other requirements, such as the requirements for protection against electric shock for terminal blocks or lamp holders, when the equipment is tested in accordance with its own standards When conducting tests, install this type of lamp holder in appropriate equipment, and then observe and test according to the relevant requirements of the equipment. This kind of lamp holder and equipped with Lampholders with snap-on housings (when used only by the luminaire manufacturer) are not intended for retail sale. This document applies to lampholders installed on indoor, outdoor, residential lighting fixtures and industrial lighting equipment, and also applies to candle-shaped lampholders. exist In some situations with special usage conditions, such as street lighting, ship decks, motor vehicles, and those dangerous situations prone to explosions, then Lamp holders with special structures can be used. Information on the use of lampholders in household and similar electrical appliances is provided in Appendix C. This document does not apply to the three-light lampholder E26d. The formulation of this document is based on the following parameters of corresponding general lighting lamps. ---E14 lamp holder, used for lamps with current not exceeding 2A; ---E27 lamp holder, used for lamps with current not exceeding 4A; ---E40 lamp holder, for lamps with a current not exceeding 16A, or 32A (if the nominal voltage of the power supply does not exceed 130V, see 5.5 and 6.3). For lampholders used in lamps, the maximum operating temperature is given in IEC 60598.
