This standard is a revision of GB 9959.2-2001 "segmentation fresh and frozen pig meat", compared with GB 9959.2-2001, the main difference
as follows.
--- An increase of some reference standards;
--- On the physical and chemical indicators were added 4.6, an increase of cadmium, lead, arsenic, net content indicators, as well as pesticides, veterinary drug residues indicators;
--- Increased 4.7 microbial indicators.
From the date of implementation of this standard, instead of GB 9959.2-2001.
This standard is proposed and managed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Commerce.
This standard was drafted. Ministry of Commerce butcher Identification Center, Linyi new way of the gong Meat Products Limited.
The main drafters. Zhang Lifeng, Zhangji Chuan, Zhangjing Mao, Zhang Xinling, Hu Xinying.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.
