3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 18771.2 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
The degree to which the resource allocation, basic management, and processing quality of threshing and re-curing enterprises meet the processing needs of cigarette industry enterprises.
3.2
Processing batch
Within a certain period of time, a certain number of in-process or finished products are continuously produced from the same tobacco leaf raw material through the same processing method.

4 basic requirements
4.1 The evaluation of threshing and re-curing processing service capabilities is oriented to the needs of cigarette industry enterprises and follows the principles of comprehensiveness, objectivity and fairness.
4.2 The evaluation of threshing and re-baking processing service capabilities takes processing quality as the core and uses a multi-level index system to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis.
4.3 The threshing and re-roasting enterprises should truthfully report relevant situations, provide corresponding information, and be responsible for the authenticity.
