1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification of typical industrial control systems in the tobacco industry, as well as system grading, security domain division and protection requirements.
This standard applies to the construction and management of the industrial control system network security protection system of all units in the tobacco industry.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Industrial Control System
A system for automatic control of equipment and facilities in the processing and manufacturing of tobacco products, logistics, storage and sorting, and power and energy supply.
Note. Industrial control system (hereinafter referred to as "industrial control system") is usually composed of industrial control software, engineer station, operator station, man-machine interface, configuration software,
Control server, control equipment (controller), etc.
3.2
Industrial Control Network
The basic network that supports the operation of the industrial control system.
Note. The industrial control network generally consists of wired or wireless networks running at the process monitoring layer, field control layer and field device layer.
3.3
controlling device
A device used to control actuators and collect sensor data during industrial production.
Note. Control equipment includes data acquisition and monitoring (SCADA), distributed control system (DCS), programmable logic controller (PLC) and other field control equipment.

Process monitoring layer
It is used to configure, monitor and manage the industrial control system, and realize the software and hardware collection of advanced control, fault diagnosis and quality evaluation in the production process.
