1 Scope
This part of YC/T 547 provides technical review for the smoke ventilation rate testing equipment for tobacco industry-specific measuring instruments (technical materials)
The technical requirements on which the review and test validation review are based.
This part is applicable to the technical review of cigarette ventilation rate testing equipment for tobacco industry special measuring instruments.

The technical review of the cigarette ventilation rate testing equipment is carried out in accordance with the working procedures described in Chapter 3 of YC/T 547.1-2016.
4 Technical data review
4.1 The enterprise applying for technical review shall provide relevant funds to prove that the enterprise meets the application conditions as required by 2.4 of YC/T 547.1-2016.
Materials (given in 2.3 of YC/T 547.1-2016) and technical information of measuring instruments, the technical information shall include the following contents.
a) Description of the product measurement principle;
b) instructions for use of the product;
c) the gas path diagram and the probe structure diagram of the product;
d) Test report of technical indicators such as maximum allowable error, measurement range, accuracy and resolution of the product;
e) test reports for laminar flow components, pressure sensors and standard constant flow orifices (CFO) used in the product;
f) test report of the product standard ventilation rate standard rod;
g) product description information on retention time settings;
h) Test report of product suction line pressure drop and measuring line pressure drop.
4.2 The description of the product measurement principle should demonstrate that it meets the requirements of 4.4, 4.5 and 4.16 of YC/T 546-2016.
4.3 The gas path diagram and the probe structure diagram of the product shall be certified to comply with the requirements of 4.3 of YC/T 546-2016.
4.4 The test report of the maximum allowable error of the product measurement shall prove that it meets the requirements of 4.2.4 of JJG (Tobacco) 01-2012; product measurement
The test report of technical indicators such as range and resolution shall prove that its performance meets the requirements of 4.8 and 4.9 of YC/T 546-2016.
4.5 The laminar flow component test report used by the product shall demonstrate compliance with the requirements of 4.6 of YC/T 546-2016.
4.6 The test report of the pressure sensor used in the product shall demonstrate that the pressure sensor complies with the requirements of 4.7 of YC/T 546-2016.
