1 Scope
This part of YC/T 547 specifies the technical examination (technical examination) of cigarettes and filter rod hardness testing equipment for special measuring instruments in the tobacco industry.

The technical audit of the cigarette and filter rod hardness testing equipment is carried out according to the working procedure described in Chapter 3 of YC/T 547.1-2016.
4 Technical Documentation Review
4.1 Enterprises applying for technical auditing shall provide the relevant materials to prove that the company meets the application conditions in accordance with the requirements of 2.4 in YC/T 547.1-2016.
(Technical data for measuring instruments given in YC/T 547.1-2016) and measuring instruments, including technical data should include the following.
a) Descriptive data of product measurement principle;
b) instructions for use of the product;
c) the probe structure of the product;
d) Product description information on the shape and size of the indenter;
e) the baffle structure diagram of the product;
f) Test reports on technical indicators such as product pre-pressure, full pressure, maximum allowable displacement error, displacement range, resolution, etc.;
g) Product description information on preloading time, full pressure time, and pressure rate setting;
h) Explanatory information on the force sensors used in the product;
i) Test report of product standard hardness rods.
4.2 The description of the measurement principle of the product should be able to prove that when the sample is in the test state of the device, the sample is radially subjected to a
Constant pressure, measured to calculate the hardness of the sample.
4.3 The probe structure of the product shall demonstrate that the probe meets the requirements of 4.3 of YC/T 544-2016.
4.4 Product description on the shape and size of the indenter The data should demonstrate that the indenter meets the requirements of 4.3.1 of YC/T 544-2016.
4.5 The baffle structure of the product shall demonstrate that the baffle meets the requirements of 4.3.2 of YC/T 544-2016.
