1 Scope
This part of YC/T 547 provides technical review for the tobacco industry's special measuring instrument cigarettes and filter rod circumference testing equipment.
The technical requirements on which the data review and test validation review are based.
This part is applicable to the technical review of cigarettes and filter rod circumference testing equipment for tobacco industry special measuring instruments.

Technical review of cigarette and filter rod circumference testing equipment is carried out in accordance with the working procedures described in Chapter 3 of YC/T 547.1-2016.
4 Technical data review
4.1 The enterprise applying for technical review shall provide relevant funds to prove that the enterprise meets the application conditions as required by 2.4 of YC/T 547.1-2016.
Materials (given in 2.3 of YC/T 547.1-2016) and technical information of measuring instruments, the technical information shall include the following contents.
a) Description of the product measurement principle;
b) instructions for use of the product;
c) the accuracy parameter description data of the key imaging module;
d) Test report of technical indicators such as maximum allowable error, measurement range and resolution of the product;
e) the baffle structure diagram of the product;
f) the structure of the gripper of the product;
g) description of the product's setting of sampling times;
h) instructions for the measurement of the rotation angle setting of the product;
i) product descriptions of measurement data processing;
j) Test report of the product supporting the standard rod.
4.2 Description of the product measurement principle The data should be able to prove that the sample can be calculated by rotating multi-point measurement when the sample is in the test state of the device.
