This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules of GB/T 1.1-2009 and GB/T 20001.4-2001 given.
This standard replaces YC/T 216-2007 "Determination of tobacco and tobacco products, starch continuous flow method", and YC/T 216-2007
Compared to the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increased G3 sintered glass frit funnel, so that the starch extraction and removal of interfering substances completed within the apparatus;
--- Using ultrasonic water bath at 80 ℃ 30min 30min replace tobacco sample to remove interfering substances;
--- Using ultrasonic extraction 10min 10min tobacco alternative to stand starch.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of the continuous flow of tobacco starch content.
This standard applies to the determination of tobacco and tobacco products in starch.
The method for the determination of tobacco and tobacco products, starch detection limit of 0.46mg/L, limit of quantification was 1.53mg/L.

Principle 3
With 80% ethanol - saturated sodium chloride solution, ultrasonic 30min, removal of interfering substances in tobacco samples, the extraction solution was discarded, then 40%
Perchloric acid ultrasonic extraction 10min, starch color reaction with iodine under acidic conditions, at 570nm colorimetric assay.
4 Reagents and materials
In addition to special requirements, should use analytical reagent, the water should be consistent with GB/T 6682 stipulated a water.
4.1 amylose, amylopectin, 99.8% purity standards.
4.2 sodium chloride.
4.3 ethanol.
4.4 sodium hydroxide.
4.5 perchloric acid solution.
4.6 perchloric acid solution, the mass ratio of 40%.
Pipette 300mL perchloric acid solution (4.5), was dissolved in 224mL of water.
4.7 perchloric acid solution, the mass ratio of 15%.
Pipette 52mL solution of perchloric acid (4.5), was dissolved in 198mL of water.
4.8 iodine/potassium iodide solution.
Weigh 5.0g adding a small amount of potassium iodide and 0.5g (accurate to 0.001g) iodide in 400mL beaker with a glass rod after the grind and mix
