2 Method principle
The sample is dissolved in nitric acid, and directly excited by an argon plasma light source in a dilute nitric acid medium for spectral measurement and calibration by matrix matching method

3 Reagents and materials
3.1 Hydrogen peroxide (30%).
3.2 Nitric acid (1 1).
3.3 Nitric acid (1 19).
3.4 Hydrochloric acid (1 1).
3.5 Hydrochloric acid (1 19).
3.6 Cerium oxide matrix solution. Weigh 12.5000g of cerium oxide that has been burned at 900°C for 1h [w(REO) >99.5%, w(CeO2/
REO) >99.99%), put in a 500mL beaker, add 125mL nitric acid (3.2) and 25mL hydrogen peroxide (3.1), and heat to
