Foreword
This standard replaces XB/T 202-1995 "Thulium Oxide".
Compared with XB/T 202-1995, the main changes of this standard are as follows.
--- According to the requirements of GB/T 17803-1999 "Representation Method of Rare Earth Product Brands", use digital brand names;
---Delete the brands with Tm2O3/REO content not less than 97% and 95%;
---Increase the grades with Tm2O3/REO content not less than 99.99%, and their rare earth impurity assessment indicators are indicated by "weight";
---Increase the evaluation index for non-rare earth impurity Cl- for each brand.
This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Rare Earth Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC229).
