Schoolchildren's schoolbag hygiene requirements
1 Scope
This standard specifies the hygiene requirements of the schoolbag and the hygiene requirements for the use of schoolbags.
This standard is applicable to shoulder bags for teaching textbooks, teaching aids and school supplies for primary and secondary school students, and students of secondary vocational and technical schools.
The manufacturer of the bag and bag can refer to the implementation.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Schoolbag
Made of fabric fabric or leather, it is mainly used for students to go to school for fashion books and stationery bags.
3.2
Reflective material retroreflective material
A material with retroreflective properties.
3.3
Migratable element migration element
When the human body touches the surface of the bag, certain elements in the material of the bag can be inhaled through sweat, saliva, etc., for human health.
A certain hazard, these elements are called migratory elements.
3.4
Maximum limit of migration element
The maximum safety limit for human exposure to migratory elements.
4 hygiene requirements for school bags
4.1 Structure of the schoolbag
The style of the bag should be a shoulder bag that is longer than the width, as shown in Figure 1. The size of the bag should meet the requirements of Table 1. In Model 1 and Model 2
The front and side of the bag (0°, 45°, 90°) are equipped with a reflective material of at least 20 mm wide, and the shoulder strap should be at least 20 mm wide and 50 mm long.
Reflective material. The back of the bag should have a supporting function, and the supporting material can be a polyurethane cotton or a polyvinyl chloride foam which meets the hygienic requirements.

4.2 The main size of the bag and the range of student height
The main dimensions of the four model bags and the applicable range of student height are shown in Table 1.

4.3 Bag weight
The weight of the bag is 0.5kg~1.0kg, the small model is lighter, and the larger model can be heavier.
4.4 Limitation of harmful elements in schoolbags
4.4.1 Limitation of formaldehyde content
The formaldehyde content of the fabrics and accessories used in the bag should not exceed 300mg/kg, and the test method is carried out according to GB/T 2912.1.
4.4.2 Maximum number of migratable elements
