1 Scope

This standard specifies the HPLC method for the determination of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone in food simulants. This standard applies to water, 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution, 10% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, 20% (volume fraction) ethanol solution, Determination of 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone content in water-based mimics of 50% (volume fraction) ethanol solution and six food simulants of olive oil.
