1 Scope
This standard specifies the food simulants 2,4-amino-6-phenyl-1,3,5-triazine (hereinafter referred to as benzoguanamine) High Performance Liquid

3 Method summary
Food simulants benzoguanamine were separated by HPLC using a UV detector for detection. Water-based food
Mimetic direct injection, olive oil mimetic by water - isopropanol solution was extracted back injector, using external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water for the three water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
4.1 benzoguanamine (C9H9N5, CAS number. 91-76-9). purity of greater than 99.0% (mass fraction).
4.2 acetic acid.
4.3 ethanol.
4.4 Refined olive oil.
4.5 acetonitrile chromatography.
4.6 isopropanol.
4.7 iso-octane.
4.8 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.2) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.9 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.10 to 20% (by volume) ethanol. amount of 200mL ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.11 to 50% (by volume) ethanol. amount of 500mL ethanol (4.3) in 1L flask, water volume.
4.12 to 10% (volume fraction) solution of isopropanol. amount of 10mL isopropanol (4.6) in 100mL flask, water volume.
